Bozulo encourage customers to return items by mail
– Customers have request for return, please send email to us to the mailbox: firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Return/Refund Request” and send us the order number + photos/videos of the problem encountered on the product received.
– Bozulo will review and provide return labels by mail. Customers need to download and print.
– Package the return product

Return Items Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition as when received in order.
The timeframe that Bozulo accepts returns?
Our policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive a refund request beyond 30 days from delivery, we can’t give you a refund.
Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?
- Bozulo will provide a prepaid label for any manufacturer defect, damage in transit, not matching the description on the website, wrong products. Customers do not need to pay return shipping costs for defective products.
- For products with no defects, but the customer wants to return due to remorse, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Does the customer have to pay a restocking fee?
Notify when Bozulo receives the returned package?
Once we receive your return, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your return. Depending on your address, the time to receive the return product will be different.
When will you receive your refund?
Once we receive the return product please allow 3-5 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 2-3 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded. Your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
