What is Klarna?
Klarna is a service that allows you to split a purchase into four smaller payments made every 2 weeks. The first payment is made at checkout. The next 3 payments are automatically made every 2 weeks after your initial payment.
How do I use Klarna?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Instalments with Klarna as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Klarna and provide payment details, and returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Klarna. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
Can I use Klarna if I’m an international customer?
Klarna is only available to customers with a US or Canadian billing address, shipping address, credit card and mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Klarna.
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. You can log in to your Klarna account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
Klarna orders will be delivered in the same timeframe as if you had paid without Klarna at checkout. Your order will be picked, packed and shipped as normal with our standard shipping timelines. Visit our shipping page for more information by clicking here.
Is there a minimum and maximum amount to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
Yes, the minimum transaction value is $10, and a limit of $2000 applies to purchases made on https://www.sperry.com/us/en_US using Klarna.
What products are not eligible for purchase using Klarna?
Klarna is not available on purchases of pre-order items. If you are intending to purchase pre-order items along with Klarna-eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Klarna?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Klarna purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Klarna purchases returned in-store can be refunded on a debit card, credit card or an ALDO gift card. Note that for in-store returns, Klarna will continue taking the installments from your account until the full payment is complete. Purchases returned by mail will be refunded directly to your Klarna account. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return Policy here. Klarna will be notified of the return and process the appropriate refunds. Do not return your purchase directly to Klarna.

Can I make a partial return?
A partial return (eg. 1 item from a purchase of 2 items) can take up to 20 days to be processed and updated on the financial side.
